Big Girl

  Finally got something up! Sorry for the delay, here are some updates and pictures. :)

Been Slacking

I know, it's been a few days. Someone has been wearing us both out. She screamed tonight for about an hour. I think I figured out why at least. The dairy free cookies I have been snacking on have soy in them. I feel dumb I didn't check. I'm going to go back to not eating.

Anyways I have a bunch of pictures, it's just when I will get around to posting them. I'm planning a bachelorette party and wedding shower, so my free time is going to working on those things. I hope
everyone is having a good week so far!

Monkey Week

  This week I started giving her a little bit of fruit for the first time. She has been extremely interested in what we eat lately. She loved her bananas this week! I only had time to edit the first one. I'm having less time to edit, but at least I have the pictures! ;)

First Date

  Riley had her first playdate yesterday! Jessica, who does my hair came over yesterday with her little boy. They were so cute together!

"Umm, daddy said no boys..."  We were laughing because we were both given Bumbo seats. Caden's was pink and Riley's is blue. So we figured it would be appropriate to switch them. ;)

He is SO CUTE!

I snapped this real quick before they got here. I didn't have time to edit these last two, but they don't look too bad.

Goat Meet & Greet

  Yesterday Riley got to meet the goats for the first time. She has seen them before from a distance, but yesterday since it was so warm she even got to pet them! She was very excited and loved listening to all their crazy noises. Tim had to work so I did my best holding her, corralling the animals and taking a few pictures.

She thought it was pretty cool!

 "But why can't I ride them??" We all know it's coming ;)

Bella wanted to make sure she was included, Foster was busy digging holes to ward off all the evil vermin...

Happy Morning

I ran down real quick to get some pictures of her this morning. She's always so happy in the mornings!

 This is her "Michael Jordan" tongue as my dad calls it. She's constantly sticking her tongue out.

"Why hello Mr. Zebra, where have you been all my life?"

This is her other favorite, holding on to her toes. :)

I took this downstairs when we were having "breakfast time" together. Part of our routine is for her to sit in the bumbo and play with her toys while I eat breakfast. This morning I had some cheerios and she kept eyeing them. So needless to say she had her first cheerio this morning and I snapped this right after. She gummed it right off my fingers and seemed to like it. I really really love this photo.

  7 to 5, makes me not loose my mind, Riley slept from 7-5..."  It's been a long time since she slept for that long and that well! I took some quick pictures today.

Scary Moment

  Tonight we got home from Hug Day and did our normal routine, bath, feeding and I layed her in the crib. She seemed happy and content. No sooner than I got downstairs I heard a unusual scream on the monitor and knew something was wrong. I ran up the stairs to find her face down with her leg stuck between the rails of the bed. She had rolled over to belly using her legs in the rail to pull herself over. It's one of those moments that makes you sick to your stomach. She seemed pretty shook up and is sleeping in her bassinet tonight. Needless to say I will be heading out tomorrow to get something, not sure what yet.
